* A March 25 preliminary hearing was set for Alexander Bailey, 22, of Fremont. He is charged with enticement by an electronic device, a Class IV felony.

* Tyler Childs, 18, of Fremont pleaded no contest to obstructing a peace officer, a Class I misdemeanor, and minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor. He was sentenced to six months of probation.

* Clarissa Bloomquist, 19 of Battle Creek pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction. She was fined $100.

* A March 31 preliminary hearing was set for Jonathon Booze, 18, of Fremont. He is charges with possession of a controlled substance, a Class IV felony.

* Nicholas Carlson, 19, of Fremont pleaded guilty to minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor. He was fined $250.

Cases heard Tuesday in Dodge County Court included:

* Nathan Arneal, 35, of North Bend pleaded no contest to DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced to six months of probation, fined $400 and his driver’s license was suspended for 60 days.

* Dennis Artman, 57, of Fremont pleaded guilty driving under suspension, a Class III misdemeanor, and speeding, and infraction. He was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, fined $75 and his driver’s license was suspended for one year.

* Torrance Blackburn, 24, of Fremont pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. Sentencing was set for March 29.

* Angela Boyce, 35, of Fremont pleaded guilty to child neglect, a Class I misdemeanor, and DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and sentencing set for April 5.

* Elrico Brooks, 31, of Fremont pleaded no contest to domestic assault,

* Isael Bello-Lopez, 28, of Fremont waived his right to preliminary hearing and was bound over to Dodge County District Court for a Feb. 28 arraignment. He is charged with criminal impersonation, a Class III felony.

* Hugo Campos, pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $400 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months.

* Isaias Carrillo-Velazquez, 28, of Fremont pleaded no contest to DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. A chemical evaluation was ordered and sentencing set for March 15.

* Renato Castillo-Luna, 28, of Fremont pleaded guilty to domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

* Javier Alonzo, 19, of Fremont pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief and two counts of third-degree assault, Class I misdemeanors. A Feb. 22 pretrial conference was set.

* Jessica Alonzo 20, of Fremont pleaded guilty to minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor. She was fined $350.

* Cory Blanchard, 21, of Fremont pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace, a Class III misdemeanor. He was fined $200.

* A March 1 preliminary hearing was set for Jonathan Booze, 18, of Fremont. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance, a Class IV felony.

* Beau Christ, 25, of Fremont pleaded not guilty to domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor. An April 14 jury trial was set.

* Jamey Crawford, 35, of Fremont pleaded not guilty to theft by shoplifting, a Class I misdemeanor. A Feb. 22 pretrial conference was set.

* Zachary Armatis, 20, of Omaha admitted to a motion to revoke his probation for driving during revocation, a Class II misdemeanor. His probation was revoked and his driver’s license was revoked for one year.
* A Jan. 27 preliminary hearing was set for Juan Armenta, 20, of Omaha. He is charged with witness tampering and conspiracy to tamper with a witness, Class IV felonies; and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and false reporting, Class I misdemeanors.
* Corey Bartlett, 18, of Council Bluffs pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor; false reporting, a Class I misdemeanor; and minor in possession, a Class III misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 25 days in jail and given credit for time served. He also was fined $400 and his driver’s license was suspended for six months.
* Lindsay Blair, 21, of Fremont was sentenced to one year of probation for resisting arrest, a Class I misdemeanor. As part of her probation, she must complete a defensive driving class, an anger management class and 40 hours of community service.
* Robert Byers, 60, of Fremont pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana-less than an ounce, an infraction. He was fined $300.
* Christopher Coffman, 24, of Omaha pleaded guilty to DUI-first offense, a Class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced to six months of probation and fined $400. As part of his probation, he must complete a defensive driving class, victim’s impact panel and 60 hours of community service. His driver’s license was suspended for 60 days and an ignition interlock device was approved.
